This privacy policy (hereinafter the “Policy”) governs Pumpa Application (hereinafter the “Application”). The Application is operated by Yaclass Tech Private Limited, incorporated in Chennai, India, reg. U80302TN2019PTC132261 (hereinafter the “Company”).

By providing your consent you agree to the Policy and accepting collection, processing, retention and deletion of your personal data by Company as set forth in this Policy. - Surname.
- Gender.
- Phone number.
- Role (parent; student; teacher; tutor, undergraduate etc.).
- School.
- Grade.
- Profile picture.
Optionally provided data helps us to improve functionality, communication with users, to process statistical information and personalise our services. Provided data may be changed at any time in your profile.
AT YOUR OPTION YOU MAY LOGIN BY USING THIRD PARTY SERVICES (FACEBOOK, GOOGLE, OFFICE 365 ETC.):
Data collection processes automatically according to third party (personal data transferor) privacy policies. Received data amount depends on data transferor and user agreement. We will process your data according to applicable law and Policy.
We may receive data about your device, logs and IP address (if you visit our website).
DATA SECURITY
We concerned about your confidentiality and data safety. For that purpose technical and organisational measures are taken timely in accordance with legal requirements and Company’s internal policies.
USER’S DATA CONTROL AND ACCESS
You may use the administration panel to edit the user profile and access your personal data. You may withdraw consent and request data deletion at any time.

In case of an official authority legal request, we will share minimum required data according to the applicable law.
DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
Currently, the Company retains personal data while the user account is active and deletes upon the user request. In case if the user profile is inactive longer than 2 (two) years, we will delete the profile and all related data.
In cases when data retention is regulated by law the Company will keep records (accounting records, financial statements) as required by applicable regulation.
The Company keep rights to retain personal data according to reasonable purposes as may be specified by regulations, including for preventing or detecting unlawful activity, fraud prevention; network and information security; recovery of debt; and according to legitimate interests of the Company. Correspondence, other communication and claims may be retained longer than user profile, but not longer than necessary to satisfy the purpose for which it is processed and shall be deleted at the end of the processing.
USER LIABILITY
User is responsible for keeping password protected and administrating profile settings. The Company is not liable for user actions and making user profile/tests results publicly available.
Application usage for children is allowed if parent consent is received according to applicable law. Financial transactions (if applicable) under the age of 18 restricted without parent or official representative consent.
Users are liable for law enforcement, non-violating copyrights, The Company and other individuals’ rights. In case if any violation is detected, user access may be restricted immediately.
This Policy is governed by Indian Republic laws.
USER RIGHTS
We process and answer your requests without undue delay and in any event within one month of our receipt of the request unless a longer period is required due to the complexity of the request.
You have the right to request access into the data that we are processing on you.
You have the right to have inaccurate personal data rectified.
If we have asked for your consent to our processing of your data, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time
